Who we are
Homecoming is organised by Housekamer Collective in Rotterdam. Questions about your data? Email us at welcome@homecoming.events.

Visitor statistics
We use Matomo to see how our website is used, for example how many people visit and which pages and buttons they use. Matomo runs on our own server (stats.homecoming.events), uses no cookies and shortens your IP address, so the statistics can't be traced back to you. We don't share this data and only use it to improve the website.

Cookies
Our website itself doesn't set any cookies for visitors.

Buying tickets
Tickets are sold through Tickable. The ticket shop on our event pages is Tickable's own shop, shown on our page. Tickable processes your order and payment details under its own privacy policy and may use cookies that are needed for the checkout.

Videos
Our aftermovies are YouTube videos, played through youtube-nocookie.com. When a video starts, YouTube receives information such as your IP address.

Newsletter and WhatsApp community
If you sign up for our newsletter, your name and email address are stored by LaPosta, our newsletter service. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every newsletter. Our community runs on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Hosting and fonts
The website runs on servers of mijn.host. Our fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google.

Your rights
You can ask us which personal data we have about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email us and we'll respond within a month. If you're not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
